03.01.07 - Prosetta Corporation announces the formation of Prosetta Bioconformatics Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary located in Mysore, India. The company owns land in an industrial park near the city where it intends to build a research lab and an animal facility. Initially the Indian subsidiary will provide services to Prosetta Corporation and eventually will develop and license products for distribution.
