Prosetta Closes Series AA round of Convertible Preferred Stock
02.28.06 - Prosetta announces the close of a second round of investment from existing and new investors totaling approximately $5m. Proceeds from the investment will be used to enhance the company's drug discovery and development activities, increase staffing and expand office and lab facilities.
